The apartment is located in the tourist resort of Punta Skala Petrčane, a place 12 km away from Zadar and 3 km from the town of Nin - the oldest Croatian royal town. Distance from the beach is about 200 m. The center of Petrcane is 1.5 km away and can be reached by a lovely promenade.

Two kilometers long gravel and rocky beaches surrounded by pine trees offer peace and quiet, and the clean sea the oportunity to do various water sports. But there is more than sun, sea and beautiful beaches. The closeness of Zadar and Nin, as well as national parks Paklenica and Kornati provide opportunities for excursions and entertainment. With very clear water, beautiful natural beaches and plenty of green vegetation Punta Skala is ideal for family holidays. The beach is partly pebble, partly stone, and there is a small sandy bay which is very suitable for children.
